How to Use Cardio Slim Tea Each Day
Brew Cardio Slim Tea exactly as the directions on your pouch say.
A 60 g pouch sold as a month works out to about 2 g of tea a day. Drink it earlier in the day, keep a log of your home readings, and never double up.
Check side effects and interactions before the first cup.

Where do the brewing directions come from?
They come from your pouch. Read the back of it before the first cup, and follow it over anything you read online, including on this site.
We could not see those directions. The pouch photos we were given show only the front, and the sales page prints no water temperature, steep time or cups per day (Cardio Slim Tea sales page). So we will not guess at them.
What we can do is help with everything around the cup: how much tea a pouch gives per day, when to drink it, and how to track whether anything changes. The pouch label page lists what the front of the pouch says word for word.
The 2 g math
How much tea does one pouch give you each day?
About 2 g a day, by our own arithmetic. The pouch holds 60 g and is sold as roughly a month, so 60 divided by 30 is 2.
| Pack | Total tea | Days at about 2 g a day | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 pouch | 60 g | About 30 | One month of daily cups |
| 2 pouches | 120 g | About 60 | Enough to reach a 60-day check-in |
| 3 pouches | 180 g | About 90 | Covers an 8-week window, like the DASH trial |
| 6 pouches | 360 g | About 180 | Half a year |
That 2 g covers all 14 named herbs together, not each one. If your pouch says to use more or less, its directions win, and the pouch will simply last a different number of days.
A small kitchen scale helps if the pouch gives a weight. If it gives a spoon size, use the same spoon every time so each cup is alike.
Step by step
What does one daily cup look like, step by step?
Five plain steps. The brewing step points back to your pouch on purpose.
The routine takes a few minutes once you have done it twice. Keep the pouch sealed between cups so the herbs stay dry.
Read the pouch
Find the brewing directions printed on your pouch. Follow its water amount, temperature and steep time; this site cannot see them.
Measure the tea
Measure the amount the pouch says. A 60 g pouch sold as a month works out to about 2 g a day.
Brew one cup
Steep the tea as directed, then strain it if your pouch calls for loose tea.
Drink it early
Enjoy it in the morning or early afternoon, since oolong has some caffeine.
Seal and log
Zip the pouch closed, store it somewhere cool and dry, and note the day in your blood pressure log.

Timing
What time of day should you drink it?
Morning or early afternoon is the safer choice. Oolong has natural caffeine, and no amount is published, so a late cup could keep some people awake.
- Morning, about 8:00
Brew the tea as your pouch directs, and take any prescribed medicine as usual. Morning is also a good time for a home blood pressure reading.
- Late-afternoon walk
Regular activity is part of the NHLBI's advice for high blood pressure.
- Meals: less salt, more plants
The DASH eating plan lowered blood pressure by about 11 points in people with hypertension.
- Night, 7 to 9 hours
Sleep is on the NHLBI's list of habits for healthy blood pressure.
Habits from the NHLBI (NHLBI - High BP treatment) and the DASH trial (Appel 1997 - DASH trial). The time of day for the tea is a suggestion; follow your pouch.
Pair it with breakfast
Tie the cup to a meal you never skip. A fixed time makes the log easier to read later.
Keep pills on schedule
Take prescribed medicine at its usual time. Ask a pharmacist if your tea and pills should be spaced apart.
Stop by mid-afternoon
Adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep, and good sleep is part of blood pressure care (NHLBI - High BP treatment).
Home readings
How should you log blood pressure at home?
Use a validated upper-arm cuff and take readings at the same times each day. Write down both numbers, the date and the time.
- Before you start: log a week of readings with no tea. That gives you a fair starting point.
- Sit still first: rest five minutes with your back supported, feet flat and arm at heart level.
- Take two: the AHA suggests retaking the reading after one minute (AHA - Blood pressure readings). Record both.
- Same time, same arm: morning before coffee and evening before dinner are easy slots.
- Add weight weekly: one weigh-in a week, same scale, same time.
The AHA groups readings into normal, elevated, stage 1 and stage 2. Our blood pressure numbers guide explains each one. Bring the log to your doctor, who can tell real change from day-to-day noise.

What should you avoid when using Cardio Slim Tea?
Do not double up. Two scoops or two extra cups will not make a slow effect faster, and they add more caffeine and more of herbs that may affect blood pressure drugs.
Do
- Follow the pouch directions every time
- Drink it at a steady time each day
- Keep a simple reading log
- Tell your doctor and pharmacist you drink it
Don't
- Double the amount after a missed day
- Mix it with other "slimming" or blood pressure teas
- Skip or cut a pill because a reading looks better
- Drink it late if caffeine keeps you up
Keep taking prescribed medicine; never stop it because of a tea (AHA - Types of BP medications). Only your doctor should change a dose.
Storage and missed days
How do you store the pouch and handle missed days?
Press the zip closed after each use and keep the pouch in a cool, dry cupboard. Heat, steam and light can dull dried herbs over time.
If you miss a day, just carry on the next day with your usual single cup. There is no catch-up dose. A missed day is also worth noting in your log, so you can read your numbers fairly.

Bottom line
Using it well, in one minute
Follow the pouch. Expect about 2 g of tea a day. Drink it by mid-afternoon, log your readings, and keep every prescribed pill on schedule.
FAQ
Using Cardio Slim Tea: common questions
How much Cardio Slim Tea should I drink a day?
Drink the amount printed on your pouch. We could not see those directions, so we cannot name a number of cups. By our math, a 60 g pouch sold as a month gives about 2 g of tea a day, which likely means one serving daily.
Can I drink Cardio Slim Tea twice a day?
Only if your pouch directions say so. Doubling up brings more caffeine from oolong and more of the herbs that may interact with blood pressure medicine. It also makes the pouch run out in about two weeks instead of a month. More tea is not shown to work faster.
When is the best time to drink Cardio Slim Tea?
Morning or early afternoon suits most people. Oolong contains natural caffeine in an amount that is not published, so a late cup could disturb sleep. Pick one fixed time, such as breakfast, so the habit sticks and your readings are easier to compare.
Can I add honey or lemon to Cardio Slim Tea?
A squeeze of lemon adds almost no calories and is a simple way to change the taste. Honey and sugar add calories, which matters if weight is one of your goals. The pouch directions do not appear in any image we have, so check the pouch for any guidance.
What if I miss a day of Cardio Slim Tea?
Just have your usual cup the next day. Do not make two cups to catch up. Note the missed day in your log so you can read your blood pressure numbers fairly when you review them with your doctor.
How should I store Cardio Slim Tea?
Zip the pouch closed after each use and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard away from the stove and sunlight. Moisture can clump dried herbs. Keep it in the original pouch so the label and any lot code stay with the tea.
Should I check my blood pressure while drinking the tea?
Yes, if blood pressure is your reason for trying it. Log a week of readings first, then keep logging at the same times each day. Share the log with your doctor rather than changing any medicine on your own.
